What Causes Chest Discomfort While Suffering From Anxiety And Depression?
Hi for a couple months now ive had this feeling like my chest is caving in. It doesnt hurt burn or anything it is just very uncomfortable. When i wear a bra and lay on my back it gets even more worse. Im a 23 year old female. I have premature ovarian failure and also have anxiety and depression, i dont know if that makes a difference.

Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to certain reasons like acid reflux , angina which is rare chance at your age , chest infection , anxiety and stress . I would suggest you to consult psychiatrist for proper examination . Doctor will take history . For now eat light and non spicy , eat small and frequent meal and do mind relaxing exercises like meditation .
