Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The pain after so many years of operation could be due to due to thoracic spinal injury due to bone weakness, stress or trauma. It needs to be investigated and specifically treated. Please consult your spinal surgeon.

Pain in the back, chest and jaw also indicates cardiac check up to exclude heart involvement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
