What Causes Chest Pain After A Head Injury?

My son landed on his head falling backward off the wall of a bounce house and came up screaming saying his chest hurt. He has been complaining of his chest hurting all evening. He landed on the bounce part inside the bounce house but on his head. How concerned should we be?

Dear even landing on head also there is a chance to injury to posterior part of chest. Which may lead to rib injury which may gives rise to pain. please don't neglect consult your doctor get x-ray of chest and get treated accordingly.
