Hi, i drank about 3-4 mikes hard, never had this problem from Mike s hard but, when o drank Smirnoff it made me break out in redness on chest and fsce. From this Mike s hard, I got a severe chest pain and it expanded to my shoulder it went away after like 20 minutes but felt like I was having a heart attack ...any ideas.

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, rarely such drinks can induce abnormal heart rhythms so must be evaluated by a baseline EKG and if unremarkable Echocardiogram may be needed to rule out any abnormal heart walls motion etc.

A holter monitoring that is 24 hours record of EKG must be done to look for any underlying abnormal heart rythms which occur during the course of the day and go unnoticed as those can trigger such heart pains which you had been experiencing. A cardiologist review is a must hence.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
