What Causes Chest Pain After Running Along With Anxiety?
when i started running about half km then i feel some paining in my chest but if i stop for sometime then i feel normal . i consult to doctor & he advice me to some medical test like TMT, 2 BLOOD TEST, PAview X-ray .I tested all and he advice me to continue the previous medicine for 3-6 months & if problem not solved then i have to coronary angiography will be done. But from that day after i became nervous & felling anxiety & i am in great tension. For this tensionnes my Bp became so hi 90/170 where never like this. previously always my bp was below 145. In general i never feels any pain in my chest . So pl. suggest me whal shall I do for my tension .
What was the result of TMT? If it was positive for inducible ischemia and you are having episodes of anxiety along with palpitation and dyspnea, then this is an indication to go for coronary angiography to rule out or confirm the blockage of coronary arteries. If blockage is present, then to what extent? However, if TMT was negative, then for the time being, coronary angiography may be deferred.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
