General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your cardiac enzymes and ECG is normal as per mentioned history. So cardiac cause seems less likely.

Your chest pain could be due to muscle strain pain. For that anti-inflammatory drug can be prescribed. Your chest X-ray is also advisable to rule out any respiratory cause if present.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
