What Causes Chest Pain Along With Cough And Dizziness?
Hi Im not sure if I have a cold or the flu im coughing &every time I cough I have cold coming up however my chest hurts really bad with each cough how do I stop that I also had a fever which I believe I broke problem is im week &sometimes I feel dizzy how to fix that
Going by history provided by you, it looks like you have respiratory infection. You need physical examination by physician and investigations as needed accordingly to conform the same.
You might need antibiotics along with other supportive medicines for cough like antihistamines and Paracetamol to manage the fever.
Steam inhalation along with betadine gargles will also help to keep the infection under control until you meet doctor.
