What Causes Chest Pain Along With Dry Cough And Heaviness In Throat?
Having pain in my chest and dry cough from last one week and feeling heaviness in my throat but my ecg, xray reports and blood reports are normal.....i m little bit confused whats the problem im facing having weakness in my back too...although im having gastric problem...
As per your query you have chest pain , dry cough and heaviness in throat and your tests shows that there is no heart problem . Well the symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition known as gastrointestinal reflux disease . In this condition upper sphincter of esophagus allow the acidic content of stomach to come upwards which cause irritation to mucosa f throat and esophagus which causes pain and heaviness along with dry cough . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper checkup . Doctor may order test like endoscopy , X-ray of upper digestive track and test to check acidity of stomach . Doctor may prescribe H2 blockers , proton pump inhibitor and in some severe cases doctor may recommend surgery .. For now eat light and frequent meal .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
