What Causes Chest Pain Along With Pain Between The Shoulders?

Chest pains arising form the heart, under the sternum. I am fifty-nine years old and just playing a set of tennis. Also tightness of chest, breathing difficulty, numbness in the left arm, and pain between the shoulder blades. I am overweight and smoke.

Hello MR .
I would suggest you to take an ECG to rule out heart issues as considering your age, weight and smoking habit .
If ECG shows abnormal and then consider doing an ECHO to study the heart .
Cardiologists opinion is vital in the this stage .
