What Causes Chest Pain Along With Pressure And Discomfort?

Hi, I had some real deep chest pain earlier today that felt like super intense heartburn, it lasted less than a minute. Now I feel some pressure and discomfort in the center of my chest/ breastbone. Otherwise I feel ok. Just wondering what could cause this

Regarding your symptoms of chest pain with associated chest tightness and discomfort at the center I am suggesting you have the following differential diagnosis

Peptic ulcer disease causing heartburn
Angina pectoris
Myocardial ischaemia
Acute chest infection
Costochondritis

In view of this please do the following test
Chest x-ray
ECG
EKG
Endoscopy

Meanwhile please see a cardiologist specialist with the result and for expert clinical assessment as well as adequate drug prescription

Moreover please take the some analgesic pending your appointment
