What Causes Chest Pain Along With Shortness Of Breath And Arm Pain?
My 29 year old son went to Holy Spirit hospital with chest pains (heaviness), shortness of breath, and pain radiating down one arm. They said he had a heart attack, then sent him home. This occurred on June 30th. Then he went to a doctor the day after the ER visit, and was sent home again, stating that a cardiologist would be setting up an appt. His blood pressure yesterday was 155 over 103. I realize this is over a holiday but I am very concerned. He is married and living about 60 miles away. Don t know how else to advise him. Help!

A cardiologist has to see him. Meanwhile, tell him to rest and not to stress and exert himself as that will increase strain on the heart.
