What Causes Chest Pain And Breathing Difficulty After Coronary Stenting?
I had 5 stents put in a month ago. Since then I have shortness of breath, irregular heart beat, my pulse rate is around 80 but my blood pressure stays at 135/65 and I have stabbing pain (level 2) 5 or more times a day. It will be another month before I see my cardiologist. Do I have reason for concern?

Pain after stenting is quite uncommon specially stabbing type of pain, though breathlessness and perspiration may occur for 2-3 months
As restenosis or rethrombosis may occur in stents I WL recommend you to go for an EKG at time of acute pain...regularly take ur medicine.
A chest xray is also advisable for breathlessness.
If condition worsen than visit an ER or ur treating cardiologist.
