Im freaking out what i thought was nothing may still be notging but for the last three and a half hours i have been getting a sharp stabbing aching pain that is at a 9 at worst in my chest going from the mid to the left side undermywith deep breaths and exhales it hurts like hell laying down makes it hurt more and moving its starting to hurt what do i do.

If ecg is normal than no need to worry for heart diseases. Chest pain on inhalation is also seen in pleurisy (inflammation of pleura). Common causes for pleurisy are pneumonia, pleural effusion, Pulmonary contusions etc. So get done chest x ray. If this is also normal than no need to worry for pleurisy. You are mostly having musculoskeletal pain. So avoid movements causing pain. Avoid bad postures in sleep. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
