General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of hypertension, raised pulse to 107 due to stress, normal blood tests, having chest pains and feeling sick to stomach, lightheaded and feeling sleepy.
This indicate the need to have urgent medical attendance at ER as you need to have EKG/ECG, Echocardiography and other cardiac evaluation.
URgent medications for hypertension.
To have medicines to reduce stress.
Relax.
Any cardiac urgent and to be continued medications.
Do not do anything at home, rush to ER as heart attack or Myocardial Infarction needs to be either ruled out or treated if present.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
