What Causes Chest Pain And Fatigue?

I HAVE BEEN FEELING WEAK AT TIMES AND HAVE TO SIT DOWN FOR A FEW MINUTES AND THEN I AM OK FOR A LITTLE WHILE AND ALSO I AM HAVING A PAIN IN MY CHEST THAT FEELS LIKE A SQUEEZING OR CRAMPING FEELING. I FEEL GITTERY AND A LITTLE NAUSEAS AT TIMES, I FEEL LIKE MY NERVES ARE A LITTLE MORE RAW THAN USUAL. MY HEART SPEEDS UP EVEN WHEN LYING IN BED AND NO MOVEMENT. MY E-MAIL IS YYYY@YYYY

I gone through your discription. Your symptoms are suggestive of heart failure in primary stage. May I know if you have oedema in your feet and breathing difficulties in night?
I suggest you should consult heart specialist.
