What Causes Chest Pain And Fever After Swallowing Canned Peach?

I swallowed a piece of canned peach yesterday and shortly after I had slight chest pain. Last night I would cough if I took a deep breath and I was running a fever of 100... Today I still have a slight fever (not as bad as yesterday) but I'm coughing more often when I take a normal breath. I don't know if its due to the peach but nothing felt wrong before it. Could this be aspiration pneumonia? You think it will just go away? Or should I go see a doctor?
