Inspite of medicines my BP fluctuates frequently l feel pain in my chest but doctors say it is just muscular.my ecg reports r normal.l have no stamina and my tmt test report is positive.does it mean that i really have a cardiac problem.should l go for angiography? One other senior cardiologist checked me with stethoscope and said l don t need angiography.kindly suggest.
