General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Such patients might get a headache due to some Antianginal medication like GTN Sorbitrate which lowers the blood pressure. Therefore just don't get panic and to be cool and follow the instructions of your treating doctor & take medicines as per his instructions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
