Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your all symptoms are suggestive of overactivity of thyroid hormone. So better to get done thyroid function test (TFT) - free T3, free T4, and TSH. If Free T3 or T4 is higher then you need to stop the new drug (levothyroxine). Once you stop the new drug, you will be alright. So consult your doctor and discuss all these.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
