What Causes Chest Pain And Nausea When Suffering From Atrial Fibrillation?

I was recently diagnosed with a-fib. Initial heart rate in ems was 276. I have had to ablations, both right and left atriums were done. The last one on 1-27-15. I am on an antiarrythmia pill and a blood thinner. The last two days I have felt a twitching in my chest, today it felt like bubbling. I also became nauseous after and tired. I am resting now, but every once in a while I feel a non specific pain in my chest... It is quick and doesnt linger. The last week was stressful and I am not sure if this is why I am feeling this. Just looking for any advice. I know if it was a patient I showed up to assist, I would reccomend they get looked at,,,,,
