What Causes Chest Pain And Nausea While On Blood Pressure Medication?
On Friday I was at the movies and felt nauseated. I got up to go to the bathroom and passed out 3 times on the way. I hit my head kind of hard and my bp had been a Tad on the low side. Not to bad... today my bp was OK but my pulse rate was 121. I ve been taking a high blood pressure pill sperolacton or something like that since February for cystic acne. Can you tell me what might be going on. I have a slight chest pain here and there. Nothing to bad.
Sudden chest pain and nausea during movies with normal blood pressure and raised pulse may be related to: - Anxiety through movie - Stress at work place - Severe acute gastritis with acid reflux from stomach. In a nut shell, the issue is not of grave significance and basic care with stress control, meditations, YOGA and supportive medications will relieve all the symptoms to its best.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
