TRIGLYCERIDES 195) My Tmt report shows mild positive (equal reason) inducible ischimea... Cardiologist suggest only gastric tablet and diet changes with daily excercise...Now I am worried ...Doses required any angiograms....it s serious for future
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I read your question and besides the Tmt report. Other things are pretty reassuring. We just need some more detail of the chest pain if this worsens with exertion and if you have any family history of any cardiac disease, these two would raise the possibility of this pain being cardiac one which is not common in people of your age and normal blood pressure. However still, the Tmt report should not be ignored , and I would personally advise such patients to get angiogram done to be sure of every thing.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
