Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been having heart palpitations for the last two weeks that cause coughing at times. They seem to be the strongest while sitting or laying down and more active after eating. My doctor refuses to order heart monitor tests because I am not having any chest pain with the palpitations. I m also a registered medical marijuana patient and have cut back significantly on my dosing. Could THC/CBD withdrawal cause these palpitations? Thank you for your input.

What Causes Chest Pain And Palpitations?
Hi, Yes, marijuana withdrawal is causing palpitations without chest pain. They are temporary but should be strong to overcome. All the best.
