What Causes Chest Pain And Pressure In Head?

I ve been having various chest pains/strange feelings for a few weeks now and the only thing that is working is 1/2 tsp of Pepto Bismol. I take it and it goes away quickly. I ve also been having dull shoulder pain in the left shoulder...I ve also had feeling of pressure in the back of my head. Any thoughts?

Well come to HCM
This could be due to Hyperacidity and this can be best treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for three weeks, every thing would be fine with this, hope this information helps.
