What Causes Chest Pain And Pressure With Fluttering?

Hi, I'm a 58 year old man with coronary artery disease. I had a heart attack in 2006. Three nights ago I was awakened by a pain and pressure in my chest. After going to the ER I was advised that it was probably not due to my heart, that all the tests (EKG, X-ray, Blood work) looked fine. Yesterday I developed a fluttering in my chest with pressure that has come and gone since. I am also light headed during these periods and I just don't feel right. I have never suffered from anxiety attacks and am concerned that these new symptoms may be heart related. I realize the tests were fine but two weeks before my heart attack I had symptoms that were also diagnosed as 'fine'. Any ideas?

HI
Well come to HCM
This may not be heart related symptoms but this could be due to Hyperacidity if I would be your doctor then I would treat this condition with Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone once in day at evening time, one more I would advise and that is tread mill test just rule out the silent feature of ischemic changes, hope this information helps.
