What Causes Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath In An Elderly Person?
In my diaphragm severe pain and went to the doctor they did a chest x-ray and that was normal but the pain is bad I have shortness of breath but my blood blood oxygen level was 94 I do have COPD but Pain gets worse when I move try to lay down or sit up I have to go very slowly I m also 70 years old

Considering your age you should go for basic cardiac evaluation which includes an ECG and a Echocardiography. Consult a cardiologist personally with reports for further treatment.
