What Causes Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath When Walking?

I have shortness of breath anytime I walk . my upper chest is sore.... I have been to heart doctor had all of those test..they said nothing was wrong with my heart or arteries etc... I went to lung doctor and this is what he thinks is my problem but does not know why or how to treat it.....I am having a MRI of my lungs today.... What can I do ??? I am fine after I rest from walking.. when I am sitting I have no problem breathing YYYY@YYYY

Hi.

If your heart is fine a number of conditions need to be ruled out like restrictive lung disease, interstitial lung disease, COPD, etc. Make sure an elaborate evaluation is conducted and a diagnosis is established as that is the first step towards treatment.

Check to see if bronchodilators help.
