What Causes Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath?

Hi im wondering if you can help me ive been suffering with tiredness, breathlessness (i can t speak as well with out exerting myself and pains in my cheast when exerted like climbing the stairs cause pain and i struggle to catch my breath. i have been to GP and had all standard blood tests:- FBC, glucose thyroid etc but they have all come back normal. do you have any ideas what it could be???

The list of symptoms that you have mentioned are suggesting that we are dealing with the condition called CHF. The condition is one where you can get the symptoms due to the dysfunction of the heart.

The heart of the person affected does not work as well as it should. The pumping of the heart is less. The blood of the patients is not pumped effectively. The lack of blood causes the symptoms.

You can try a course of diuretics. This will relieve your heart. A low dose of ARB group of medicines also help in the long term.

The condition can be confirmed by testing with echocardiography. Blood tests may not be able to make the diagnosis.
