What Causes Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath?

hey there Doctors ,my chest feels weak ,i feel something in my back i don't know if its pain or something ,i have shortness of breath at times and am getting a little worried ,and am fat and like to sleep late ,could it be because of that ,i also fill some unease in my stomach ,can you help me i would really be helpful ,i live in mauritius

I can understand your concern.
Yes, obesity, poor sleep habits can stress and anxiety. And this stress and anxiety can cause all the symptoms.
But better to first rule out lung related causes like bronchitis for your chest discomfort and breathlessness.
So consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (pulmonary function test).
If both these are normal then no need to worry for bronchitis.
Loose weight and stay healthy.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Take 6-8 hours of night sleep regularly.
Consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution. You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright. But first rule out bronchitis.
