What Causes Chest Pain And Soreness In The Forearm?

I am 21 and I ve smoked a pack a week when I was 19 (and this lasted for a year). Now I smoke on and off probably 5 cigarettes a month (socially). But I have been experiencing heart aches, chest pain and sore left forearm after I smoke. My dad is and has been a chain smoker for over 20 years. Is it normal for someone who hasn t smoked for that long to experience this?
