I was told this week I had a minor pneumothorax after experiencing chest pains, coughing, tightness and tiredness. Was told it only needed bed rest and would self heal. I felt more wheezy today so went back to the hospital and they then said that they couldn t see a pneumothorax on either the original or new chest X-rays. The dr was totally dismissive and told me I have a virus. I m pale, absolutely exhausted, have a bad cough and am wheezy at times. I have asthma. I m still having chests pains. Can you give me any advice or ideas as to what is going on? Thanks
