What Causes Chest Pain And Tingling In Lips To A Hht Patient?

my niece has been experiencing chest pain, tingling in her lips and right hand, and pain in her right arm, she has a downward t wave on her ekg. she has a history of hht, a genetic disorder, which causes her to form avms. any ideas what could be causing her symptoms?

Welcome to HCM,
It would have been a great benefit if you had mentioned how old your niece is. The symptoms are suggestive of a possible cardiac problem, which needs to be ruled out. If i were her, i would consult a cardiologist and get a cardiac evaluation with an echo if needed and if normal then be at peace.
