What Causes Chest Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Hands?

For the last 3 nights I have been feeling weird inside like a shaky emptiness... I ve been having dull pain chest right near my heart or under my rib... And the tingly feeling in my hand... Its worse at night... But anxiety is getting the better of me as well as I worry it could be a heart attack...

There are various possibilities for this and your apprehensions about heart issue cant be neglected. Various conditions which can cause chest pain and pain around arms and fingers are: Angina pectoris paricularly prinzmetals in your case may be. (Night pain) acid reflux disease (at night particularly). Cervical spondylitis involving back of chest, arm, finger tips on the side.

Without physical examination and full case history it is difficult to arrive at a diagnosis still as per your history and signs there seems strong chances of: Prinzmetals angina though acid reflux can not be ruled out. I suggest you see a cardiologist and get yourself examined.
