Hi,

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.

You must take little amount of fluid like water before you swallow your medicine. Due to dry esophagus during night it some times becomes collapsed and there is deficulties in swallowing.
It can also be because of esophagitis and because of erosion to esophagus it seems the medicine has stuck in your throat.
You may also visit your doctor and get proper diagnosis for your symptoms.

Hope the answer to your query and come back to me if you have any further questions.

Regards.
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
