What Causes Chest Pain And Weakness After Walking While Suffering From Fibromyalgia?

I am a 73 year old female. After only thirty minutes of standing or walking, I develop lightheadedness, shortness of breath, chest pain, and weakness. MUST sit down and recover in a few minutes. Stress test negative ...angiogram negative. Was told I have a healthy heart and looks like it belongs to a younger person. I m desperate for answers. I also have fibromyalgia, as a sidenote.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Looking to the history it seems typical of having angina but as all cardiac tests are normal there might be possibility of having cervical spondilitis producing pinched nerve pressure giving rise these symptoms.
Due to pressure on cerebral vertebrae and inter vertebral discs while walking might give irritation on nerve roots giving all these symptoms.
While sitting pressure is relieved and you feel relief from symptoms.
Having Fibrimyalgia precipitates your problem.
Go for physiotherapy.
Ok and take care.
