What Causes Chest Pain And White Discharge From The Nipples?

I do have an appt to see a doctor and I don t know why I waited all these years to get answers. But my symptom I am worried about is yes I did have a child but my chis is now ten years old. Ever since I had a kid, if I squeeze my nipples or around the area, white and clear liquid comes out. Sometimes a lot comes out. I also worry because sometimes I get chest pains (like sharp pains) and I have a hard time determining if its my actual boob hurting, or muscle pain, or muscles in my rib. Sometimes its just hard to determine where the sharp pain is coming from. Sometimes when I get sharp pains on the left side I worry its my heart, but I also tell myself its probably not my hear because I get sharp pains on the right side too.
