Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Chest Pain, Arm Numbness, Fatigue And Dyspnea?
chest pain, arm numbness that has gone fully away as well as back pain and nausea. EKG came up normal but I have a history or severe anxiety and depression and seizure 2 years ago. chest pains are gradual and come/ goes all day. I also have fatigue and shortness of breath.
I got your chief complaint. There can be several reasons for this:
- Anxiety as you say it can cause pain in the chest, breathing difficulty and fatigue.
But your history suggests your problem is most likely from anxiety. I suggest you get an appointment with a psychiatrist and also a general physician.
Maybe you need drug therapy for some time. I also suggest you take the light morning walk, engage with friends and family, avoid living alone and take fresh fruits. It will relieve you more anxiety and nutrient deficiency.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Soheel Hussain Zargar,
