What Causes Chest Pain Before Urination And Sensation Of Urination In Back?
I was having chest pains along with SOB. I have seen a cardiologist along with having and ECHO and everything was normal. I am still having these chest pains but what I noticed is once I urinate the feeling goes away. I was having issues before where if I have the urge to urinate I don t feel the sensation in my bladder but in my back. I ve seen a urologist...I ve had ultrasounds done and no one can seem to find out what the problem is. Not sure if there is an issue with my bladder or something else. But heart is fine as per Cardiologist
As per my clinical experience, chest pain before urination is related to sympathetic or parasympathetic disturbances, which can be from some sort of immune issue via Area of Zukerkandle, parasympathetic ganglia or others. A further detailed evaluation with an MRI of the abdomen & pelvis will help for sure to reach at a particular possible diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
