What Causes Chest Pain Despite A Normal EKG Report?

I have had 3 normal EKGs and a normal echocardiogram within the last 3 months but I get chest pains and feeling of tension nowadays. I have been diagnosed with anxiety and given medication for it but I still feel something is wrong. Should I trust the tests that I have done or go to check it out some more? I am a 25 year old male who has always been healthy by doctors standard.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello concerned 25 year old,
i read your history.
first of all you should relax and enjoy the youth.there is absolutely nothing to be worried about.since your ekgs and echo are normal, rest assured your heart is healthy.
All your said symptoms are caused by the anxiety you have.
i would recommend you to try the following
-practise meditation and breathing exercises and spend more time with close friends and family and that would reduce your stress a lot
-understand there is nothing wrong with you and focus on things you love to do the most
-take alprazolam 0.5mg tab at night for 10 days and see how it works for you

Hope i have clarified your query, pls followup if needed, and have a good day
