What Causes Chest Pain In Case Of Anxiety?

41-year-old white male, non-smoker, non-drinker. 6 1 , 205lbs., had a sharp stabbing pain in upper left side of chest today that caused a bit of a scare. Had an EKG, Echo, done a year ago and everything checked out fine. Been under a bit of stress and have general anxiety from time to time. Should I be concerned?
