what are the reasons for chest pain in left side?
My age is 40. My ECG and ECHO reports are negative but TMT is mild positive. Dr advice to take Rosutec 10mg daily after dinner but my Lipid Profile has not been tested. Is it right or wrong? pl clarify.

A positive stress test (even if mild) always is something to be concered with.
If i was your treating doctor should add also Aspirin 100 mg and betablockers to your therapy.
Also i would recommended you to run Cardiac CT angiography and angiography for proper diagnosis.
