I m having chest pains mostly when I move my neck. I do have several cervical herniations and a previous MI with stent RCA ten years ago. I took a couple of nitro pills and the pain did not change. When I put my arm over my head or get more comfortable, the chest pains subside. I can not be sure if its my neck or heart
To determine that your problems come from neck or heart, I advise to: - consult with neurologist - get X-ray of the neck - cardiac tests : ECG, echocardiogram, stress test, holter monitoring - Chest X-ray
