What Causes Chest Pain On The Left Side Along With Excessive Sweating?

I had several tests done yesterday because I was experiencing chest pain, on my left side, and a quick spike in my temperature/ sweating. My results were my heart was fine. However, I received no answer for the three to four times a day I would get these sharp (last about five seconds) chest pains and within seconds my forehead was hot / sweating. I was told that it is not my heart, but I was not given any explanation as to what was causing the issue. Could this be costochondritis ? Thank you for any information or advise.

Hello thank you for writing us here.
Possibly it could be due to anxiety. You might be over thinking about your reports. Costochondritis have continuous pain with fever and appetite loss.
You need to relax and realise your heart is safe. Being anxious also result into pain in chest sometimes.
Try meditating for sometime okay? Take a walk outside and explore the nature. You'll feel better.
God bless you

Best regards,
Dr Gunjan
