What Causes Chest Pain On The Left Side And Pressure In The Neck?

for several weeks I have been noticing full feeling in my neck area bilaterally. I have also been having chest/rib pain on the left side of my chest. Isolated mostly to one area and a sense of arm heaviness however it does necessarily change with activity and I exercise a lot which doesn t seem to make it worse?
