What Causes Chest Pain On The Right Side Along With Breathing Difficulty?

My 20 year old daughter has been having chest pains (right side) for the past day. She siad she has to take shallow breaths and the area is swollen slightly. It hurts to the touch and without touching the area. She has the occasional desire to cough, yet it s not a productive cough. She is on her way to Urgent Care for an Xray
