What Causes Chest Pain On The Upper Left Side Of Chest?
I am having chest pain on the upper left side of my chest. Pain in my neck and the pain radiates down the left shoulder. The pain is better with advil. But not gone completely. I recently got laid off and don t have insurance so I don t want to go to the ER. When is chest pain something to worry about.

Hello, welcome to HCM. Yes i am sorry to say pain in chest with radiation down the shoulder is something which goes with the heart problem. Please immediately go and take advice from physician or cardiologist. Get a ECG which will confirm cardiac problem. Take care. Good health
