What Causes Chest Pain, Tightness And Pain Under The Arm?

I have some chest pain and tightness, some pain under my left arm, some cough. Has been intermittent for a few weeks and now is worse. I had asthma as a child and the tightness in my chest reminds me of that. What can this be and do I need to see a doctor?

In my opinion you should consult a doctor and get an ECG done , as this can be a heart related problem.
It is not advisable to further delay it . Get your ECG and blood pressure checked as soon as possible.
