What Causes Chest Pain Travelling To Neck?

Hi, I am a 21 year old female, 56kg, and have been suffering sharp stabbing pain in my chest and it goes up to my neck and sometimes to the right side of my chest, i do suffer fro reflux but this pain is not a burning pain like you get with reflux, I am just worried about heart attack symptoms or angina. I have suffered from bulimia in the past if that has anything to do with it?

i completely understand your query
chest pain radiating to neck can be due to angina , peptic ulcer, gastritis .
sharp stabbing and catchy pain which is associated with respirattion occurs in pleral diseases.
u need to consult a pulmonologist who can request for a chest xray ,and an ecg which can rule out pleural and cardiac diseases.
for now u can take a proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole once daily after consulting a physician.
