What Causes Chest Pain Under Pectoral Muscles And Tingling Sensation In Arms?
I m a 37 year old male self employed welder. Having a hard time finding work in the oil patch cause it is slow right now. I know I am stressed out. I am having chest pain under both pectoral muscles tingling in my arms and on the top of my feet. Just looking for an answer.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Since you are a welder and you are indulging in heavy work, the symptoms what you are facing could be related to muscle spasms and generalized weakness. Kindly do the following to overcome them: 1. Take multivitamin supplements everyday for a month. 2. Take analgesic medication like Diclofenac after food. 3. Take iron and calcium supplements regularly. 4. Drink good quantities of fluids and oral rehydration solution everyday. 5. Kindly get an ECG and Echo investigations done to rule out cardiac pathology. Consult Physician for general evaluation. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
