What Causes Chest Pain Upon Bending Down?

Yesterday I bent down and a sharp pain, left mid chest, hit me like a ton of bricks. It felt like I was stabbed, took my breath away and continued for about two minutes. Even after I stood up straight it hurt badly and I couldn t get my breath. That happened twice yesterday. Today it happened again only I was sitting and just bent forward. I have a dull ache left mud chest. I ve had coughing spells off and on for about two weeks.

take ECG and consult cardiologist for clinical examination and advise on treatment. in this case cardiac involvement is to be ruled out first since it can be life threatening. myocardial infraction is to be ruled out.
